Soybean  flour  is  high  quality  protein  made  from  high quality pollution-free non-gmo soybean,The content of protein is over 52%.
Soybean  flour  can  be  easily  digested  and  absorbed  for  supplementing the necessary protein and amino acid in time. Applications
1.Bakery or toast products processing:Soybean flour can be used as a thickening agent in gravies and sauces, or it can be added to   baked   goods .  In  baked  products ,  soybean  adds  tenderness  and  moisture  and helps to keep products from becoming stale. Products containing soybean flour brown more quickly, so it is sometimes necessary to either shorten the baking  time or decrease the temperature slightly.
2.Meat products processing: For sausage and ham, it can   increase   their   protein content, lower the content of fat and cholesterol, and improve their quality ,  taste  and flavor.
3.Cold drinks and ice-cream processing: It may be used to  replace   de-fatted   milk powder and to improve the emulsification of ice-cream, postpone the crystallization of lactose in the ice-cream, avoid the granules form excessive sugar  and   improve   the quality.
